great value and quick courier service. my only... recommendation would be maybe try the taster sample packs first. I placed a bulk order of various meats for my non fussy pup who has always eaten everything only to be not even half way through the food for him to be totally refusing to eat certain flavours which strangely seem chicken based: chicken and salmon, complete chicken and the veal. Loves the complete duck and beef and tripe but obviously not value for money if he won't eat it......some has very large pieces of bone in with the meat which people should be aware of. Have used 3 other raw food suppliers in past with no problem so probably won't order from primal raw againread more

A really helpful team, whether delivering... nationwide or locally, I’ve had to ring up before and ask for an urgent delivery to a different location and they’ve switched things around to help me out. Visited today to get the food for my dogs and... make use of the dog scales to check on the progress of my 18 week old puppy Tinkerbell. I changed her on to raw feed 8 weeks ago and I am so happy with the results. Tinker is now 27kgs (4st 4lb) and gaining strong 1.5kgs per week. Nice steady gain and she looks so healthy Staff are really friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend feeding raw enough. Best decision everread more

Very helpful and friendly company. I placed my... first order with them about 3 months ago and asked for courier delivery. I was contacted within minutes and advised they had a freezer van delivery the next day and was cheaper. They were able to change it and gave me a refund as their delivery van was cheaper! I have been buying our raw food for the bulldogs... for a good few months now. I was buying the ones that are like sausage meat(wrapped like it) but then found a different brand in a bag that defrost really nice and the dogs woff it down.The girls who deal with customers via email/phone call are fabulous, always contact me if there is an issue and it gets resolved very quick. I always seem to forget to order in time for the freezer van so i pay for the other courier and the food always arrives at the quickest convenience. I highly recommend :)read more
